Athens Academy photo pickup is after 1 p.m. on Friday, October 24th. Don Byram and John Webber will be there to assist you.
Lickskillet (for paid members) is Saturday, October 25th from 10:00–5:00. This is a festival with an arts and crafts flare to it. APG will have three tables to display photos for sale. Images must be protected and have the price on them. Show is at your own risk. You get to keep proceeds from any of your images that sell. We suggest you stick around if you are selling but that is not totally necessary. More info on the event can be found here:
Lickskillet is a family friendly event. Please keep that in mind when selecting photos to sell.
If you cannot pick up your photos from Athens Academy AND are entering them for sale in Lickskillet, then contact Don Byram and he will transport your images. He will not be responsible for any damage. All Lickskillet images must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event. You can contact Don at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bring your Questions.
Bring your images you want critiqued.
APG meets October 16th, 7:00–8:30 p.m. @ The Lyndon House
In lieu of a speaker for October we are going to pool together our wisdom, our opinions, and yes, maybe our ignorance.
Do you have an image that seems slightly off, but can’t quit put your finger on it? Let us look at it. Someone in the group is sure to have some ideas on how to improve it.
Do you have questions about photography gear, techniques, or methods? Bring those, too. Our group has a wealth of experience from vastly different backgrounds. Surely someone will have an answer or be able to point you in the right direction.
The last time we did this it was a large success so come on out and join in the discussions.
